- Smart technology empowerment project: Support the planning of smart factory strategy through consulting from a specialized consulting agency for companies scheduled to build or upgrade their smart factories (consulting support and help companies resolve their difficulties on site)
- Smart factory level evaluation scheme: Diagnose the current level of smart technology of SME manufacturing facilities and issue reports and certificates in order to supply and disseminate optimized smart factories to the manufacturing sites of SMEs
